Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment do not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

If your wig requires preparation or customization, please drop it off approximately 3 days before your appointment unless another arrangement has been made.
